This product does what it promises but has a major flaw.
If you buy it be sure that you are willing to spend some time sewing a reenforcing seam all around the outside edge. The original seam brakes open and allows the little seeds to pour out.

I have used this over and over so many times. This is great to reduce muscle stress in the neck and shoulders... Heat in microwave and it stays warm for quite a while. Us it while on the computer and helps ease pain in muscles.

This wrap is very soft and takes heat very well in the microwave without the seed filling burning and smelling awful. I used this wrap heated 4 times with no problem, however the 5th time it came apart and seeds went everywhere. I have never had a wrap do that. It appears to just be glued together instead of sewn.
